ONBOARDING

An assessment and a 90-Day Plan

We learn how your business runs, then agree the goals for the next 90 days with you.

  • Ten areas assessed, with a two-page summary
  • Each goal linked to the work, owner, priority and milestones
  • An Online Presence Report and a Website Mockup to review
EVERY WEEK

Help doing the work

One agreed, prioritized list of improvements, normally with one substantial improvement underway at a time.

  • Hands-on help and training in the first 30 days
  • A weekly management review and progress summary
  • AI agents do the work; people review it before it’s used
MONTH TO MONTH

Ongoing guidance

The monthly service keeps the Ferren operating system running and brings a new plan every 90 days.

  • Your named specialist, with a monthly advisory check-in
  • Small refinements within the service
  • A new 90-day plan as your business grows

Agreed separately. Substantial integrations and software projects, website publishing, forms and hosting each get their own scope and approval first.

How it starts

Three steps to your first plan.

One call tells us both whether Ferren fits.

  1. 01

    Request a 30-minute call

A video call about your business, your goals and whether Ferren fits.

  2. 02

    Get a written proposal

If it fits, you receive a written proposal setting out the work. We go through pricing in that conversation, not on a website.

  3. 03

    Start onboarding

A short interview, under 30 minutes in total. Then your three onboarding outputs arrive for you to review before anything is adopted or published.

Who it fits

Built for owners who want AI in the everyday work.

Businesses with $2M+ in annual revenue, anywhere in the US, that want their team using AI in day-to-day work, starting with work that’s useful now.

A good fit when someone at your business can sponsor the work, and your own people keep making the business and professional decisions.

Working together

A named specialist, with AI agents in support.

The Ferren operating system and its AI agents are supporting tools, not the product. You’re buying the advice, the plan and the people who help carry it out.

Four colleagues at a conference table go through a printed checklist together, one taking notes on a laptop.
At Ferren
A named human AI specialist for your engagement.
At your business
A sponsor, plus the people who supply facts, review outputs and approve consequential steps.
Decisions
Your management owns priorities and business decisions. Anything legal or financial is reviewed by a designated qualified person before it’s adopted.
Support hours
Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern. A support window, not a promise of an immediate response.
When AI gets it wrong
No AI model is flawless. We tell you about material agent errors and help correct the affected work.
Sources shown
Critical claims are checked against three independent sources where they exist, and we show our sources so you can check them.

Your first 90 days

What happens, from setup to your next plan.

Days 30, 60 and 90 are review points, not delivery dates.

  1. 1

    Setup

Setup may cover a configured environment for the agreed work, a confirmed understanding of your business, and your three onboarding outputs to review.

  2. 2

    The first 30 days

Hands-on help with useful work: short weekly check-ins are recommended, selected employees get their own profiles, and weekly live group training and Q&A is offered.

  3. 3

    Through day 90

Work through the agreed list. A weekly management review and a short weekly progress summary keep everyone current.

  4. 4

    After 90 days

The monthly service continues the guidance and brings a new 90-day plan as your business grows.

Tools in support

Your AI assistant

Named by your team, working in the Ferren operating system. Selected employees get their own profiles.

Ferren runs its own work this way: JARVIS, our AI chief of staff, prepares research and drafts, and Nick reviews anything before it leaves the business.

What we promise

Progress, recorded plainly

Each piece of work is recorded as achieved, progressing, not adopted, insufficient evidence, changed direction or stopped.

What we don’t

No guaranteed results

We don’t guarantee results, or becoming AI-native in 90 days. We track what was delivered, what your team actually uses and the business result we can assess.

Is Ferren a software product?

No. You're buying an advisory and execution relationship: a 90-day plan built on an assessment of your business, and ongoing guidance to carry it out. The Ferren operating system and its AI agents support the work, and the operating system is included in the service, not sold separately.

What does the monthly service cover?

Running and maintaining the system, ongoing guidance from your specialist, an agreed list of improvements within capacity, and new 90-day plans as your business grows. Small refinements fit within the service.

What isn't covered?

Substantial integrations and software projects need their own scope and approval, and any additional work is scoped and approved before it's charged. There's no unlimited customization or capacity. Publishing a website, forms and hosting are agreed separately.

How much does it cost?

We don't publish prices. We go through pricing in a first conversation about your business and your goals.

Who pays for AI model usage?

You do, directly with the provider and separately from Ferren's fees. If a task needs a premium model, we raise it with you rather than paying for it quietly.

Can you guarantee results?

No. There's no guaranteed result. Progress is recorded plainly: achieved, progressing, not adopted, insufficient evidence, changed direction or stopped.

Who owns our records?

You do. Your business information and deliverables are yours, and an agreed export is preserved. Patient records, tax returns and identifiers, privileged matters and payment credentials stay out until a specific use is qualified and agreed.

Do you work outside Arkansas?

Yes. Ferren is based in St. Joe, Arkansas, and works with clients nationwide by video call.
